Social Care Training Ireland deliver Therapeutic Crisis Intervention refresher training to individuals and organisations nationwide.

This is a one day refresher for those who wish to renew their Therapeutic Crisis Intervention qualification.

Only TCI trainers who have received their Professional level accreditation from Cornell University can provide this training to the public and we are delighted to be in a position to do so.

Bernie is a graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT). She is a qualified Applied Social Care practitioner. Bernie is a qualified Professional Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Trainer with Cornell University, New York. She has been a practitioner in social care for thirteen years in support, coordinator and managerial roles with vulnerable youth, the elderly, travelling communities and clients in need of after-care services.

Social Care Training Ireland provides training to groups and organisations around Ireland and we pride ourselves on the quality of our training courses. We can provide training on your premises and tailor the course to suit the needs, the profile and the activities of your organisation.

Please note that those who have completed the full TCI course can attend this refresher training course. Cornell University regulations state that TCI participants will refresh their qualification every three to six months. If your TCI certification has elapsed by more than 6 months, you will not be eligible to attend the refresher training.

Immediately after booking your place, please email a scanned copy of your last in-date TCI certificate to mary.hutton@socialcaretraining.ie and bring a hard copy of your last certificate to the training course on the day. Failure to do so may forfeit your booking fee.
