This training provides guidance and awareness on the 18 outcomes for people working in residential care within the Intellectual Disability sector or with the elderly . It is a vital quality assurance measure to make people fully aware of these outcomes, in order for them to implement best practice when caring for the more vulnerable members of our society. The 18 outcomes will be explored in full so that participants have a better understanding and gain confidence in improving quality within their role and the overall organisation. Participants will be supported in preparing for upcoming inspections or monitoring visits.
